My fave postnatal support tights

I’m now 5 weeks post partum and have been wearing these from birth after each of my 3 pregnancies. Great support for my core and back after birth, non irritating to my c section. There is no seam to irritate the c section area unlike some other support pants. I notice on the days I don’t wear these I am more sore. Very durable and my original pair have held up well after several years. I wear these as everyday tights not just for exercise. Comfy for all day wear. Highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed!

Comfortable and supportive post C-Section

I bought a large and medium. I think I should have started with M but I wear both sizes interchangeably.

It is like putting on full length spanx but persevere- when they are on I feel completely supported, comfortable and “held in”. Great for post natal and I suspect I will continue to wear into the future.

The waist sits at my bra line (I’m 5ft 4in) and that is comfortable for me.

They are slightly long in the leg but given the tight fit that isn’t an issue. If wearing in summer I would prefer a 5/8 length.
