Their pretty good i dont think the sizes were meant for my body type though the compression is nice not restricting they are pretty odd to put on aswell but that’s expected with all compression wear

My legs ache after a long run which is uncomfortable. Bought these tights to help after runs and they do help. Nice squeeze which makes the ache go sooner.

Love the love of them compared to competitors. Putting them on isn’t too difficult. It absolutely helps with recovery on leg days, I can walk around easier and it does appear to speed up recovery. They are pretty comfortable the only issue is that the waist band tends to fold downward on itself. I would like to see a higher waisted option be available.

I am 6' and 190 pounds and the medium fits well for me. The pressure from the stirrups other reviewers mention was noticeable but not bad for me, particularly when wearing socks. I get more benefits from the compression gear while training than from these for recovery. They do seem to help some.
