Run and recover

If feeling a little achy to start, compression supports muscles. Long runs wearing compression feels less strenuous. Alternatively, popping on the compression tights after your run helps relieve sore muscles. It feels good!

They are snug, but very comfortable. Used them after a 1/2 Ironman and legs felt great the next morning.
