Helped my Elbow greatly
I'd been struggling with Elbow tendonitis (lateral epicondylitis) from jabbing so much in Muay Thai - that I was getting aches even during sleep. Whilst I use something else whilst on the pads - I use the 2XU compression arm guard for other sports at the moment like cycling or beach volley, and even when going to sleep. The light compression helps and I've noticed a difference. Would recommend!
