Super helpful in the water—great for body position and confidence, especially during longer swims. Really makes a difference in keeping your hips up and improving overall technique.
One tip though: definitely size up! They run small, so going one size bigger than your usual will give you a much better fit 👍

you must be fit, otherwise you won´t be able to put them on, I bought an M size, I did it with dificulties but I don´t mind because I prefer a glove-like fit and in case of being unnable to get into them it will be a warning of weight increase
