Wind tunnel tested across 5 prototype iterations at Silverstone (UK) and the Australian Centre for Sports Aerodynamics (SASI), the Light Speed React delivers a measured drag of 327.7 watts at 50km/h - a 7-watt saving over the our 2024 model, translating to a potential 3.5 to 5 minutes over 180km. 225gsm SBR CHANNEL fabric spliced through the sides and centre back pocket disrupts airflow to reduce drag, while flat overlock seam construction and ergonomically engineered panelling eliminate any loose or wrinkled fabric that creates resistance.

HeiQ Smart Temp technology senses any rise in body temperature, increasing evaporation of perspiration through the fabric to deliver up to 2.5°C cooler fabric surface temperature. 160gsm SBR SKIN LITE stretch interlock wicks sweat away from the upper body to keep you dry, while the easy-access ice pocket on the back neck gives you an additional active cooling option.

    Really impressed with the 2XU Light Speed React Sleeved Trisuit. The fit is excellent and feels comfortable and supportive without being restrictive. The material feels high quality, breathable and very aerodynamic on the bike.

    It’s comfortable across all three disciplines and performs especially well when transitioning from the bike to the run. The pockets are practical for carrying nutrition, and the suit stays comfortable even during longer training sessions.

    Overall, a great quality trisuit that looks sharp, feels fast and performs exactly as you’d expect from 2XU. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it for both training and race day. 5 stars!

    Comfy for those that have broad shoudlers.

    Tried a few brands that are more european oriented before discovering this one. Love it. Fits broad shoudlers without squeezing my chest in.

    Great trisuit

    I received my 2XU LIGHT SPEED REACT SLEEVED TRISUIT today. I was really looking forward to trying it on. In terms of size, I was a medium but close to a small, so I hesitated. However, I have large quads and a fairly muscular upper body with very little fat. So I decided to go with the medium. I wanted a snug fit, but not too tight. I am 5'9" and weigh 161 lbs.

    The medium fit was perfect. It was still tight around the thighs and biceps, but not uncomfortable. The middle of the body was between tight and loose. The fabric quality and design were exactly what I was looking for. It's very comfortable. I can't wait to wear it at Ironman Texas on April 18. I'm sure it will help me perform at my best and get me to Kona in October.
