Light Speed React Trisuit · Development Story
Two Wind
Tunnels.
5 Prototypes.
23 Watts SAVED.
March 2023. A blank sheet and a single question: how much faster can we make the world's best trisuit? Two years, two wind tunnel facilities, five prototypes, and athletes like Steve McKenna pushing every iteration - this is the answer. 23 watts saved over other premium brands. At this price point, nothing comes close.
Section 01 — Development Timeline
20 Months.
One Suit.
From the first fabric samples to the race-ready production suit. A full development cycle run alongside the world's best long-course athletes.
2023
R&D Commences
Fabric sourcing and selection begins across upper and lower body. The brief: find fabrics that simultaneously improve aerodynamics, moisture management, and muscle support - without compromise between the three.

Elite Athlete Testing
Initial prototypes go to elite long-course athletes. Panelling, leg length, arm length, and the underarm gusset all refined through real-world fit and performance feedback across training and racing.
Prototype 1–22024
Wind Tunnel — Silverstone, UK
First wind tunnel session at the Silverstone circuit facility. Data drives key structural changes - including repositioning the centre back nutrition pocket to strengthen aerodynamic flow across the back.
Wind Tunnel 12024
Wind Tunnel — SASI, Australia
Final validation at the Australian Centre for Sports Aerodynamics (SASI), Adelaide. All five prototype iterations tested head-to-head at 40km/h and 50km/h. The production suit records a 7-watt saving over the 2024 baseline and outperforming comparable premium brands by 23 watts.
Wind Tunnel 2 — Final Data2024
Official Release
The Light Speed React Trisuit launches - already proven across multiple elite victories during the development period, including T100 World Tour wins and Ironman titles across four continents.
