Compression Socks For Recovery

I really like the quality of the compression socks for recovery. They are well made and do what they are designed to do. I ordered 15 pairs to replace the 15 pairs that were getting worn.

Ordered the wrong size and 2XU had an easy and simple exchange procedure. Received the right size promptly. I’ve been ordering their products for many years and been very happy with their products. I give them the max 5 stars.

Compression is noticeably firmer than on my Force Compression and Light Speed tights, and they feel great on my calves after a long morning run. I often used to have calf soreness the next day after long runs or speed work, but not since I started wearing these socks two weeks ago. Can I prove it’s the socks? Of course not, but I’m very happy with the socks all the same.

Length seems about right—I have short legs relative to my height, and there’s a little bit extra at the top of the calf. But that’s me not the socks.

I suffer from venous insufficiency disease. It has begun to hit me harder in my senior years. But I’m also an ex-athlete and enjoy being active, cycling, skiing, fitness walking, etc. I also work some long days on my feet in a vineyard. I have to wear Light to med compression socks or tights to stay engaged in these things, then followed religiously by post-shower recovery time with similar gear. I have owned medical supply and athletic gear aimed at this problem. The medical dear is lacking IMO and these sovks are the best I have found from either source to date. I can wear them comfortably all day or evening. Yesterday I had to work 10 hrs on my feet and came home in tough shape. Today I have now had these on for 8 hrs and they quickly moved the fluids out delivering complete comfort—preventing ugly side effects like skin lesions—in 2-3 hours. I highly recommend them and plan to buy more. My calves are 16-16.5 in.
